Wickham Memorial Library and Literacy Center

 

The Wickham Library and Literacy Center is a small branch library which also houses Literacy Volunteers, CT River East.

The library is located on the corner of Burnside Avenue and School Street.

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 2pm -7pm

Friday: 9 am - 12 noon

 

At the Wickham Branch Library, you will find:

• Adult fiction, non-fiction and some reference books
• Children's fiction and non-fiction, including a parent shelf
• Young adult books
• CDs
• DVDs and videos
• Newspapers- the Hartford Courant, East Hartford Gazette and East Hartford Reminder

The library has 8 public computers.
To use the computers, sign up at the circulation desk.
Computers can be used for 1 hour per day.
Additional time may be granted if workstations are available.
Printing is available (black and white only) at 10 cents a page.
