Library Card

Children, including infants, may apply for a library card provided a parent or guardian signs the application. All library cards require proof of residency in East Hartford.
In special circumstances, children may receive an adult card.

The fee for a lost child's card is $1.00.

When children reach the age of 14, or are in the high school, they may apply for an adult card.
