MUSEUM PASSES CHILDREN'S LIBRARIAN Deborah Roe
Ask about our MUSEUM PASSES! How Do I Get a Museum Pass? You may reserve a pass by calling the library. Passes may be reserved up to one month in advance. You do not need to be an East Hartford resident to use the pass, but you do need a valid library card from your town. Only one pass per adult library card is allowed. When Does the Museum Pass Need to be Returned? The museum pass is charged out for 2 days. The pass can be returned up to the closing of the library on the second day. A TEN DOLLAR security deposit (cash only) is taken when the pass is loaned. If the pass is returned late, the library keeps the security deposit. There is a fine of $10.00 per day if the pass is not returned. SHOULD I CHECK FOR HOURS? Yes. The museums listed will frequently change their hours of operation or their fees.
